This entire stay was in fact one of the best experiences we have had so far.. We were a family of 4, including a pet dog. The view from the resort is serene, the owners including their entire team are super generous and treated us like family. The were so loving and caring, even went out of the way at times to cater to our needs and make us feel comfortable. The food is awesome.. I would certainly recommend this to everyone. Thank GOD, he made us meet such angelic people.
We had a very memorable holiday and experience at the hotel. The service and hospitality was above and beyond expectations. We were treated like family and all our requests were met with a smile. The hotel is reasonably priced and good value for money. Highly recommend and if I can will definitely visit again !
This is a very fantastic property with calm atmosphere and near to the nature. Moreover staff is very cooperative specially Numan bhai.....i will hight recommend to stay at this property. Lawn is very good, rooms are superb at this genuine price, food is good which will give you the feeling of home......nice Nouman bro for such a nice experience at Srinagar
Our experience in Kashmir was elevated to another level, all thanks to this hotel. Nouman (the owner of this place) has been extremely warm and welcoming and went out of his way to make our stay even more memorable. The staff is courteous and always ready to help. The amazing hospitality made this place feel like home, like we were staying with family. Even the view from the hotel is stunning (especially the sunrise and sunset). I will definitely visit again whenever I get the chance!

Exotica owner Noumaan is an Amazing host . His warmth , personal attention to make the stay comfortable was outstanding . It felt like staying with extended family and not airbnb . Beautiful resort with a nice view . Rooms are a bit small through. The hospitality showed by Nouman, and other staff is really great. Felt like home. They have provided us vegetarian meals all the days, am sure they tried their best. Food was good too. Nouman made sure our trip was good and covered all the places n guided us very well throughout the journey. Special mention to Tariq the cab driver provided by hotel, he was very cooperative and nice person he was with us for 12 to 14hrs each day. Overall fantastic place and great experience
