The doctors are good and very kind to the patients give the best consultation. Staff are helpful and courteous, and guide all types of problems start to end of the surgery. My brother had undergo with a SMILE surgery by Dr.Pooja and Dr Rohit Shetty for both the eyes. Very big thanks to miss Girija Mam, Suchitra and Roshan helped and guided the process of the surgery. The best hospital I have ever seen. It changed my view about hospitals and I realised that there are such good hospitals also there in our country. The biggest positive thing here is their management. From entrance only they will start helping in supporting for a smooth process. Every staff is very polite and goes extra miles to help. We went through Dr. Bhanumathi who looked very supportive, kind and helpful and explained everything properly. Everything is well planned and arranged properly. You no need to wander, they are there to assist you throughout your journey there. Cleanliness and maintenance are commendable. Vallet parking and proper cafeteria are available.

We visited for Cataract surgery of my Father. From initial visit to Surgery and follow-ups happened without any issues. Everything is very well organised and the way the crowd is handled by the staff is amazing. Everyone on the floor attending the patient, advising and guiding them are very polite and they will make you feel you are comfortable. I was surprised to see the crowd and worried that things will happen slow. But amazing Narayana staff manges it so well and things happen much quicker than what you expect.
