The place is great for both weight loss and lifestyle exercises. The mentor, Nidhi Mam, a professional yoga instructor, is very humble and helpful. Workout includes everything - yoga, cardio exercises, strengthening exercises, dance class (by a professional dance instructor) and a lot more. Highly recommended !
