For all vegetarians this place should be in your MUST VISIT list They serve huge and super stuffed parathas, Dal bati special thali, cutlets, Chinese preparations, baungan bharta, kadhi pakoda and a wide range of ala carte menu I loved how they stuffed their parathas.. it's huge delicious and fully stuffed with your favorite filling. They have 2 different sitting areas- indoor and outdoor on the roof.. it's perfect for your date too And cherry on the top is- it's pocket friendly

Visited this newly opened pure veg restaurant for a lunch with friends. We can see lot of paintings on the walls as we enter. Ambience is simple yet beautiful. They have seating arrangement in the terrace as well. We preferred that so that we can get a feel of fresh air while eating. Here's my food review. - Dahi Kababs: We started out meal with this. Kabab was very tasty, as we get the creamy feel of paneer and dahi stuffing. - Desi Fusion Paneer Chilli: Fried paneer with bell pepper and onions. This is the started we tried. Paneer was in good amount. Bit oily and spicy. But I liked the taste as I like to eat spicy dishes more often. - Hara Bhara Paratha Thali: Tried this paratha thali. This thali consists of Paratha along with kadi, bharit, dahi, and potato subji. Liked the stuffing in the paratha. As it contains lot of green veggies. Outer layer of paratha was very crispy which is not seen in parathas usually. This is because, they use special tava for this. This tava is very heavy. Also, paratha was made with pure desi ghee. - Italia Paratha: This was also good in taste. Liked the stuffing of this paratha as well. - Special Dal Bati Thali: This is the USP of this place I can say. This thali contains dal bati, churma, kadi, bharit and gatte ki subji. Taste was amazing. Dali bai loaded with pure desi ghee- homely feeling I must say. Highly recommended. Apart from this, they also have a-la-carte menu. This is pocket friendly place I must say. Rates are very reasonable. Alos, they don't compromise with quality and quantity. Overall, must visit place for dal, bati and paratha lovers.

Among all its famous cuisines on the menu, few are.... Harabhara Kebab It was made up of spinach leaves, potatoes and green peas. Served with green chutney made by coriander leaves. . Poha Cutlet I have never heard about this dish before, so I thought to give it a try. It was unique cutlet which was made up of poha, peanuts, spices served along with green chutney. . Spl Dal Baati Thali (5/5) . Being one of their USP, It is one of the few places in Pune which serves Rajasthan's most iconic dish Dal Baati. The thali was an enticing amalgamation of dal, baati dipped in ghee, kadhi, buttermilk, churma along with gate ki subzi & baigan ka bharta. . Sev Ka Paratha I had this type of paratha earlier in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. It was purely prepared in a Delhi Style by deep frying it. The paratha was crispy and had ample of sev filling inside. It wasn't oily at all and has the same taste of Delhi which i have been craving for years here in Pune. . Special Gobi Pyaz ka Paratha It had gobi filling served with green chutney and sauce. . Rajma It was made of thick gravy with twist of spices. . Veg. Manchurian I loved the Manchurian. The Manchurian balls were crispy and gravy was perfectly blended with spices and sauces. . Lassi They had proper north India lassi. It had thin consistency with hint of cardamom. . Overall, dining at Namaste Kitchen turned out to be quite pleasant. Living in Pune, if you ever crave some authentic spicy food which has a pocket friendly menu, then this is the place for you. . Food: 4/5 Ambience:4/5 Service:4/5

#DalBati #Paratha #Kharadi 2 engineers came up with this new diner named " Namaste Kitchen", claim to serve authentic Dal-Bati, Chandni Chowk (Parathewali Galli) style Paratha's in kharadi. Ambience: very simple with each wall drawn with hand painting resembles the states which they are serving dishes from. They have both indoor and Terrace seating with parking facility. Food: their Food Menu has both Thali's and Al-e-carte, trust me their menu is very long and they guarantee that whatever that has listed is served. Starters: Dahi Kebabs: The Dahi/curd used was fresh it was not at all sour tasting, with Crumble paneer which truly gives a tempting texture. Served Kebabs where fried until golden and crisp from both sides. A complete winning pairing of Paneer and Delhi. Desi Fusion Paneer Chili : Initially when they serve Paneer Chili, I said Dude I'm here to taste Dal-Bati and Paratha's and you are serving this Chinese starter ?, Then he demanded me to attempt and guaranteed me that it isn't so much that regular Chili, the movement I took my first Bite i said, Yes !, it was really nice. PC was prepared with inhouse Sauces (Chef- specialty) which was somewhat Spicy yet at the same time, you can't avoid and you will need more. The Quantity of Paneer pieces was sufficient and with minimal Veggies (included distinctly for taste). #Musttry for Spicy lovers. Paratha's: they serve both Thali and Only Paratha with Dahi and Chutney. Hara bhara Paratha Thali: these Chandni Chowk style Parathas are made with entire wheat flour, stuffed and afterwardsdeep-fried. Not at all like pan-frying, deep-frying is a process that renders surface treatment. The oil turns the outside dark coloured and the steam created during this procedure cooks the inside. This is the reason you'll see that these parathas are not very oily since they don't retain as much Ghee/oil as they do when sauteed. "The Tawa (iron wok) that are used are deep and weigh around 40-42 kilos +. Paratha Thali was served alongside, Stuffed Paratha, Gulab Jamun, Aloo-mumble ki sabji, Dahi, Bharit, Kadhi. Italia Paratha: this Desi combination paratha was cooked same as above, however, the Taste was a joyful jumble of Cheese, Paneer, Capsicum& Olives. #Musttry any Stuffed (according to taste bud loving) Paratha which is made in Chandani chowk style. Dal-Bati Thali (Special) : Thali contains Medium size Bati, Churma, Kadhi, Bharit, Gatte ki sabzi, Dal and Chaas. Bati: The Bati was smoked and fried with no trace of Ghee/oil. The bati has got ideal hard covering from the top and was easily crushable with a single hand. The crushed Bati's blended with Ghee and Dal was just tasty. Bharit and Kadhi again well-made yet what stood out was the Dal and Gatte ki sabji. #Musttry Dal: The thickness and Tadka for dal were up to that level, which is required for Dal bati. Off course, there is small room to improvise the Churma which is served alongside Thali. Do Make a Note: Bati and Dal are unlimitedly served with the special thali. Value for money : Very Pocket-Friendly. Special Paratha Thali Cost is: 170-200/ - tentative Dal Bati Special thali : 170/ - tentative Verdict : People who truly need to taste the authentic Veg Rajasthani/Punjabi Food, do visit this restaurant. I was there at place just to eat Dal Bati. After serching many places i finalised the place and the decision taken was just perfect. The food Combo for teh Dal Bati was awasome. the test and serving was quite good. I am giving five star considering the test ,ambiance and many other things you will found at place. A must visit place.

Nice and simple place to have dal bati and parathas. Ambience is good and includes rooftop sitting. Parathas are very good with variety of choices.

If you ever noticed. This my first 5 star rating to a restaurant. Pros: Great Ambience Homely Food, Trust me northies you will surely remember Home food (being Southie wanted to explore north food and am impressed) Proper service/hospitality Approachable management if you are not satisfied or looking for more best (because it's already best) Cons: Bit delayed service.( But good things needs time) Must try : 1. Dal Bati(My personal fav here) 2. Sag Sapna (tried for first time and it's best experience of taste) Forgot to mention at start. Good place to hangout

Awesome taste of food... Must try Dilkhush Paratha which totally different from Paratha available in Pune.. Plus points- Very decent ambience Reasonal rates Staff and Owner are helpful
