Worst hotel in Jagdalpur both naman bastor and Naman heights. Firstly power was off at the time of check-in,then staff gave me so called diamond room on fourth floor where ac is not working and then their manager was also least bother to answer or assist guest. Corporate people pls don't go for it it is really torture after long day journey pathetic hotel no renovation at all.
Please don't waste your money. No service to your rooms if available they will take 1-2hrs. This hotel belongs to group which is for marriage places, owner worst hospitality, employees worst. Only effort they had done in developing property.
SORRY SIR Poor Show. Looks good in pictures. Got some first hand experience recently during travel. Surely the external pictures on the web are highly misleading. The rooms appear neat and organised, but that is where it ends. None of room keys work. It seemed based on house keeping behaviour that it was normal. "Chalta Hai" is creeped into the system and most personnel. House keeping and maintenance is namesake with no process or system in place. No visible trained personnel. Water and plumbing problems at least twice a day. No In house maintenance. All personnel say Sorry sir but I am new. Sorry sir this is not my job. Sorry sir the previous shift person should have done this. I will look into it. The restaurant is basic. Nothing to write home about. However the least they can do is avoid serving old rotten bread on the breakfast spread. Not worth the it. Look elsewhere Avoid if you have another option to stay. SORRY SIR Super disappointment.
I found this hotel tariff is bit higher side. Overall experice was good its pure veg hotel.
Clean and neatly maintained rooms. Not easy to find this place use google maps. Need to put a board outside the main road. Coming to the room service it is very good. Complimentary breakfast is provided. Washrooms interiors everything is fine. The breakfast served is tasty. Parking facility is also nice. Overall this hotel is good.
We had a decent stay at this hotel. Food tastes good. Room was also decent. They lacked providing basic amenities like toothpaste, shaving kit, conditioner, hair dryer etc.
Excellent Hotel at the heart of the City with most modern furnishings. Behaviour of all Staffs of this Hotel are very good. Mr. Leeladhar Sahu is very helpful, co-operating and amiable person. Room service and Food quality is great. Hope to stay here next time.
I & my wife reached at 5am, So they charged me 2000 extra for early arrival, but with that they have included 2 days breakfast complimentary.. The service was fabulous, the staff members were very cooperative and polite and helping nature. It was wonderful staying in the hotel...
Thee rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge varitey of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that were comfortable. Nothing was too much

Visited on vacation. Rooms are enough for 2 people. However, beds given can be larger. This is an old establishment in market area. No facility of food here. Coffee and tea may be available on demand. Overall okay for one night stay.
