TV channels are not up to expectation, AC was not good, even after I booked room with advance payment 3 months ago they tried to revise room charges and the room charges are high
Very bad experience. Ambience and hygiene are very poor. booked deluxe room but they given us a dirty and lowest cost room. booked by online so,. Rooms are very dirty, no minimum hygiene. my bad luck is real hard to deal with staff and mostly manager. dont even think to recommend .

Strictly a budget hotel and one of the oldest. Few of the rooms are good, however room tariffs are on higher side considering the facilities available. Food quality is good however there is no separate restaurant. Service staffs are very courtesious and helpful. Check out time is 12 pm but flexible on request. Good for business travelers and short stay of 1-2 days.

Good hotel located in heart of the city jamshedpur. Hotel is old . But rooms are spacious and well maintained. Good for corporates and business visit. Located in the market and near to tata steel plant. Wash room is very spacious and well equipment with all required amenities. Hotel was suggested by our business partners and we had a very pleasant stay. Hotel staff is very helpful and greets with a smiling face. Room service is fast and very polite. Rate is bit expensive but worth . Food is of good quality and taste is good.
Location of the hotel was good ,staffs & service were satisfactory. But the hotel need to work on the following like Basic amenities such as soaps & handwash was missing in the room & the room was too small as well as the bed height was too low. AC was not in proper condition also the AC remote was missing in the room. Hotel needs to work on the infrastructure.

Room is little small but manageable for one or two night stay. They have complimentary Breakfast for deluxe room guests. Breakfast was healthy and tasty also. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful for the guests.

The service is the best that one can provide at that price point. It's jamshedpur, so anyways you can expect the food to always be good. Friendly cooperative staff who are flexible with checkout check-in timings, also offer room upgrades if the rooms
