Behavior of owner is very rude. I book a sedan car for local sight-seeing. He gave me 2012 modal old car which is smelling very badly. Driver said i am from himachal mujhe jyada market ka aur local area ka idea nahi hai. Not recommended.

Best service ever. Driver was very co-operative and whole trip went smoothly. Just loved the service

As a travel agency it is superb...but the help we received from owner is incomparable... During our tour in Shimla we had to face a terrible situation. In that crucial time Mr . Dawar shahab ( owner of this Agency) came to us Shimla from Chandigarh to help us as our six years son was in Hospital in a serious condition. He was with us for the whole day despite of his busy schedule. Thank you Sir. You appeared as a God for us in that Time..

Bad Service... Before the journey Mr. Navneet Dawar took 50% advance and provided the itinerary which wasn't completed as shared from his side.. Also while contacting him he gave us some reasons and didn't responded back.. Hotel booking were cancelled due to some private events and we got to know about it once we reached hotel.. Overall bad experience...

It's my honour to write this review because whenever you go from NK tour and travels They take total responsibility of you and and you can blind trust on the mr Navneet dawar uncle hai to kuchh namumkin nahi !!! Enjoyed my trip and totally satisfied.

Loved their concerned and helpful nature We can call them even in night if we face any issue....i dont know what the hell other reviewers are talking about may be some of them are from same field of work like one of them is local guide and hence he is giving harsh comments....but we had the best of times at our tour....i would say stop these harsh comments just becoz of jealousy becoz u dont have any other work to do other then keeping others down who are taking care of your own business.... We called the tour manager at night at 3am he picked the call very calmly and solved our issue there and then right away...stop doing others business down I would recomend #justdial for the actual reviews... It was a good experience with the N.K tour and travel from Chandigarh to Shimla Cab ride. Driver was very polite, experience and professional.
