The massage done was good but there was lot of chat between therapists n rooms are not sound proof which actually take away the peace of mind you look forward to during spa. Also therapist tried to end the spa 10-15 min before the 90 min duration for which the amount is charged. These 2 things if looked its a good spa to look forward to.
Opted for the Swedish Massage, and the masseuse Angela did an exceptional job! Extremely soothing and professional. Left the place feeling extremely relaxed. Zahir at the front desk was very welcoming and hospitable as well.
Would recommend visiting this place if you are in Ooty!

The Swedish massage was really good. Good ambience. The therapist Warshim did a good massage. Value for money. Go for it when you are in Ooty, massage will make you feel relaxed. And the ginger tea they give after the massage was really yummy.
