The work quality is poor..they cannot deliver the product (prepaid). The return cannot be picked up by the agent. Super poor myntra service at Aizawl.

One of worse service at Aizawl, having their office at aizwl is just useless. Its batter not to order any goods on Myntra rathen then facing their emplyee rude way of dealing and returning goods by their way of choice.

They always deny home delivery for specific locations and create false attempted delivery reports when in reality there is no attempts to do the same. Staffs aren't welcoming either.

"If 5 Mizos sit together in a room, at least 2 of them would have had bad experience with Myntra staff in Mizoram" Couldn't stress how unprofessional some of the staff here is. One female staff in particular is always needlessly aggressive when talking to customers, scolding them, raising her voice and diabolical is her choice of words. Whatever customer care or chivalry is, it's a concept not understood by most of the staff here. Very unfortunate that this is allowed to go unchecked.
