Dr. Rinku Das, this message is for you, I am in need of my prescription and contacted your receptionist. They have denied to have my records saved. All the prescriptions are provided in printed forms, so it's obvious there were soft-copies. If you are not willing to support please don't, but even after calling out an emergency don't take over 12 hours to reply saying we don't have your records, which is a lie for sure.
I visited my vision eye clinic recently. Everything from starting to end was smooth the eye check up done was really nice and all the staffs were helpful.
Dr Das were helpful and kind while dealing with me. The team is cordial and knowledgeable - they help in creating a good overall experience. I would visit the clinic again for further treatment. One advice from my side for potential patients: book an appointment before visiting, because the waiting times can be a bit long otherwise.
