Pathetic service is being provided to customer....bought jiodive @1299 rs . 3-4 days back. Not working properly. ...store guys ask to visit service centre and not bother to take any responsibility.... Very poor customer service

Cheap service couldn't tell why my phone was not getting 5G signal told to install beta version of ios have solved the problem my own

The store correspondents could have been more cordial and supportive rather they were harsh and arrogant. I expected a minimal cooperation and decent help from regular users but I was utterly disappointed. Not only the store guys but the call correspondents were also rude. I would rather suggest to find some other store which can timely help rather than procrastinate the process.
