I have joined yoga classes here for the last 4 months, this is a nice session while doing yoga under guidance of Iman mam, and gargi di, both of them are so knowledgeable at the same time giving small attention to everyone. I am happy to find her, and i can assure anyone joining yoga here would love their healthy journey.
I have joined Mudra's yoga class recently. So far it has been really fruitful for me as I am a patient of ankylosing spondylitis...our trainer Iman di is a patient listener. The atmosphere is very homely also. Hope I'll be able to reap the fruits of yoga if I am consistent...and best of luck for Mudra...
I have joined Mudra 3 years back. Throughout my pregnancy I continued classes in mudraa and it was the best decision I have ever taken. I was healthy during my whole pregnancy journey and post pregnancy also I recovered so quickly. I am really grateful to mudraa And Iman di. She is such a knowledgeable yoga teacher. I really admire her.

My daughter is 5.5 now and she is associated with Muudra for the last one year. I have seen her progress throughout this time. It was the pandemic and my daughter was at home whole day when I thought I should get her into some physical activity. I contacted Muudra and had a clear discussion of my requirement and expectation. I am from a non dancer family background and a working mom so I explained that I cannot guide her in any way to the online classes. The senior teacher Iman assured me that she will take care of my daughter's dance and I will not be required to involve myself much except for the logistics part. We had a full length discussion and I took a chance. Much to my surprise, I started seeing a good connect between the teacher and student. My daughter Sriyanshi started following proper steps as Iman took special care of kids. after seeing the connect I also put her to the yoga class as well and much to my surprise the progress is being tremendous. It may be too early to comment on the future, but I am very happy and amazed by how the progress is right now.
My daughter has been learning yoga at Mudra Institute for the past two months.she does online classes. Here every teacher teaches every student with great care.Their support and teaching is truly unparalleled. Personally I can say that this institute is very good and high quality.
