Hyderabad had added one more tourist attractions in Hussain Sagar near NTR gardens. The fountains are very huge and lengthy. one has to rotate their head 180 degrees horizontally to watch their full length and 180 degrees vertically to watch their height. Do visit in week days if you want to watch it peacefully. In weekends this place will be very crowdy. If you want to watch in near to fountain please be prepare for the water pours like rain and which are not good for your health as they are coming from polluted water.
Visiting Lumbini Park was an unforgettable experience for us. However, obtaining tickets was a bit of a challenge. Initially, we attempted to purchase tickets by scanning the QR code, but due to heavy traffic on the website, it was functioning slowly, particularly since it was a Sunday. Eventually, we decided to obtain tickets from the ticket counter. Once inside the park, we were mesmerized by the unique waterfalls and stunning views of the laser show (the fountain). After exploring every corner of the garden, we obtained tickets to visit the Buddha Statue. We had to wait for quite some time, but finally, our turn arrived. We boarded the ship that would take us to the Buddha Statue and eagerly set sail.
It's indias largest musical floating fountain. If u go near to it only it Wil be good. Looking from far u can't be amazed. If that is full of tank bund then it is going to be an attraction.
The water fountain with colour lights is excellent but the waste water sprinkling on us with bad smell makes discomfort. Weekdays 9:00pm last show
It's free and Very good show. It's started at 8 pm (or before8 pm) on Sunday. You have to watch it from road only. No seating or standing arrangements are there. Road is blocked due to heavy traffic and pedestrian. Show is awesome. Very huge fountains with nice musical dance. Loved it very much. Like to watch it again and again. Very good for Children and family. Must watch.
Largest Musical Water fountain of the County!! Great initiative. No cost entrace. But could have been more long with good music. Music is played only for the first show. Lateral shows aren't that attractive without music!!
Musical Fountain at Hussain Sagar lake is a mesmerizing show with a feeling of patriotism. Thanks to HMDA for developing this attraction, which is an excellent way for Hyderabadis to spend an evening, both entertaining and relaxing. It would be really helpful, if some seating arrangement can be provided for elderly people. Also, during the show, the entire road gets blocked due to traffic congestion, as people park their vehicle on the road to enjoy this show. If there is a power cut, then the shows may also get cancelled.
Asia's Largest Artificial Lake Renowned as Asia's largest artificial lake, Hussain Sagar Lake is one of the most popular tourist attractions located in Hyderabad. The lake itself was commissioned by Ibrahim Quli Qutub Shah in 1563 and is renowned for its monolith of Lord Buddha that stands right in its centre. Incidentally, this monolith structure is the tallest of its kind in the world! Hussain Sagar lake is also Called Tank Bund and lies on a tributary of River Musi. The attraction also has 3 km long dam wall and connects the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. It is bordered by Indira Park, Sanjeevaiah Park, and Lumbini Park on 3 sides and is truly a relaxing and calming getaway from the city. Although the Hussain Sagar Lake is popular for activities such as fish culture, water sports and boat rides, the major attraction of the lake is a monolithic Buddha statue situated right at the heart of the lake. Standing at the Tank Bund, you can see the whole lake shimmering around you as the lights sparkle on the shore. Thus, the road is also known as the 'Necklace Road'. Owing to its unique heart-shaped outline, the Hussain Sagar Lake has been declared as the 'Heart of the World' by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).
