I recently visited the gym, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was energizing, the equipment was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Even as a non-gym person, I felt comfortable and motivated to push myself. Highly recommend for a positive fitness experience!

I have been working out at muscle monkey gym since 2 years now , and i have no complaints. Love the environment, great equipped machinery. Well qualified trainers and support staff. Highly recommend!!!

I have rated Muscle Monkey 5 star because of few very important points that I as a female client look for in a fitness centre. They have well equipped fitness machines including Physiotherapy. A healthy environment is much needed in today's society where everyone is thriving to get better be it physically or mentally. I personally love the HIIT GROUP CLASS conducted by Head Coach of the Gym who is also a renowned physiotherapist Dr Rupam Gayan. He is a very dedicated coach. Also all other gym employees, coaches and trainers are very professional and they maintain a cordial relationship with all clients of the gym. Overall the environment at this fitness centre is very good.

The trainers and administration at the gym are quite unpleasant. Some faculty members are nice, but some trainers are extremely rude and have an unexpected attitude, the gym's head Rupam does not validate the customers' feelings, thus this is a very unprofessional gym staff, I have been coming here for 16 months, and if I had not been emotionally attached to this gym, I would have left a long time ago. Alot of the good reviews are given by the faculty members or have been manipulated

Regrettably, it seems that this fitness establishment houses an unprofessional trainer who engages in harassing behavior towards female clients, specifically through unsolicited texts and calls. Such conduct is unacceptable and reflects a severe lack of respect, professionalism, and disregard for client safety. To shed light on this matter, I will present the evidence I have gathered and It is crucial to emphasize that harassment of any kind is never acceptable, particularly within professional environments like fitness centers. Clients trust trainers to guide them towards their fitness goals while ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. The distress caused by the trainer's actions undermines this trust and has a profound impact on clients' overall experience. I must stress that the responsibility for such behavior lies not only with the individual trainer but also with the management of Muscle Monkey. An organization should prioritize the safety and comfort of its clients, and it is disheartening to see a failure in that regard. Proper screening, monitoring, and training should be in place to prevent such incidents from occurring and promptly address them if they do. As a potential client, I strongly advise exercising caution when considering Muscle Monkey as a fitness option until these issues are resolved. The documented evidence of harassment indicates a concerning culture that needs immediate attention and remediation. It is essential for the management to take swift and appropriate action, including conducting a thorough investigation, addressing affected clients' concerns, and implementing policies to prevent such incidents in the future. Until the organization demonstrates a commitment to rectifying these issues, I cannot recommend Muscle Monkey as a reliable or reputable fitness establishment. I liked the hygiene of the Club, being a fitness enthusiastic I have been to different gyms, but I find the trainers here are most friendly till the dated I have worked out. Keep the good work up.

Great gym to workout. I took PT for two months from Lakhipriya maam. She is one of the most sincere trainer and always makes sure you learn every exercise with proper body postures.

Joined for Knee Rehab post surgery. Thank Dr.Rupam (Physio cum Head Coach) I am able to walk now without support in 2months period of time.. Gym is Superb,....
