Wonderful experience of stay at this hotel. Excellent rooms and courteous staff made our stay pleasant one. You can't ask for more for the service they give at the price they charge. Must stay. Highly recommended.

Overall it was a nice experience I must say. It is in walking distance from MG Marg. The hotel is well maintained, specially the interior of this hotel is commendable. Only one cons is the food price is too much high respective to the food quality. We enjoyed our stay at Muscatel

Rooms are very damped nd smelly. Telephone is not working. Every time you have to go to reception if you need any thing. The behaviour of staff is quite rude and late responsive. They have lack of knowledge of what's going on. Lot of noises are there and once complained no one was bothered.

We had a great time here we loved our stay here staffs are so cooperative helpful.our stay becomes memorable only because of staff we have got upgradation in room. This is one of the most famous hotel chain in Sikkim. I enjoyed my stay except the noisy environment inside out. You can trust this property as a standard stay as they provides all things working in the room as its difficult to find here

There is one problem in the hotel only one problem that I'm sure that all the guests will assure you that is there is a sign of perfection everywhere Actually I'm think muscatel is the best hotel in Sikkim
