Muscatel Dzeemkhang - 400 Mts from MG Marg - Hotel in Gangtok - East District, India

It was great staying in this hotel. The rooms was quite good and the service was better. And it's a great gain of experience also as this is the first hotel me n my friend had stay without parents or senior people. As I had no idea also on how to book one room and they even help me in filling those it was enjoyable learning new things

Rooms are great considering price. Service is very good, specially positive attitude and prompt service. We stayed for one night, and I must say this is the best hotel at that location considering price. In another 2 occasions, I stayed in two different hotels (not any Muscatel) very nearby (within 50m) of Muscatel Dzeemkhang and found one of them is extremely horrible and one is very good as Muscatel Dzeemkhang, but that property costs double than Dzeemkhang. I just Gangtok, Darjeeling and I just Muscatel, be it Muscatels at Darjeeling or at Gangtok.

Location - Not accessed by your taxi / private vehicle during day time due to traffic rules , also neighbourhood is not good , it's dark. Breakfast - Forgot about buffet , even basic food like Juices , cornflakes were not there , they will just provide 1-2 option with tea . Rooms - Stinky and dark , don't go on pictures , When in visited insects were there in lobby and room due to lights . Room Service - No room service available after 3-4 pm as cleaning staff goes and they will not entertain any cleaning requests. Overall it's not good considering the amount you pay , don't know how they got so much good reviews , it's scam

Room/bathroom are spacious and good. Location is near MG Marg Food is also Good . Staff members are humble and professional.

It was an amazing experience to have stayed here. The staff was really polite and helpful !! The rooms and washroom was maintained and kept clean all time. Although a bit of a walk from the MG road.

Room are quite big &well maintaned .staff behavior is also good quality of food is also good .This is my best experience in this hotel . No complaint with hygien and cleanliness and staff also very helpful

Muscatel ticks all the right boxes when a tourist like me come to an unknown place not knowing what and how will be the place . It was indeed a beautiful property and to top it all the staff were so courteous that you will want to come back to this place again n again. Hope such chains flourish and is spread throughout the hill stations. A big kudos to the entire muscatel team for making a point of keeping our stay comfy and unforgettable.
