Munnar Mansion - Hotel in Munnar - Idukki, India

Bad smell coming in the room. I booked 2 rooms, both rooms and the bathroom were not clean. No response from the mansion side, Not good for family and couples, they are giving rooms to the worst bachelors they are drinking, smoking and fighting in the night. I felt no safety in this mansion.

Midnight 1am they knocked my room without any reasons and worth Behaviour that manager david don't take that they suggested package or anything

The flush wasn't working for one washroom ,booked for 2 rooms with 10 people capacity. But informed it was wrong update while booking online,they don't have 2 such rooms and provided dormitory with dirty bedsheets and cover, they replaced it with another set which was also untidy.The staff was unhelpful and location seems unsafe .

Avoid this hotel. Completely avoid. All zoot people are running this. They will say tv is working, but afterwards they say there is no signal. For two days they said there is signal problem. They even don't provide ordinary drinking water. Their every room has some problem. I changed two rooms. Some room geezer is not working, somewhere no water, some room lock not proper. No view.

I took a room on April 2023 for Rs1900(4adults).The room is near munnar town but they don't provide a parking space. Only one car can parked in their parking space at a time(parking 1/5). I booked this room through goibibo app. They didn't provide any amenities mentioned(wifi,mineral water,soap etc). Hot water was available round the clock.Bathroom is clean.Rooom was very small for 4 people. I think for Rs1900 the room was not worthy

Don't book this hotel. No room is proper. I changed three rooms, somewhere gizer not working, somewhere no water, somewhere bed was broken. rooms are dirty. No fan, no view. They don't provide. They dont give remote unless you request them 3_4 times. The staff drink liquior on duty. They are liers.

One of the worst hotel is MUNNAR MANSION I have ever seen in my life. The facilities which is written in the apps completely fake... Even they'll not provide single bottle of water. Dirty damped room with dirty bedcovers.... And the most important thing is "the manager "of the hotel , looks like " Gunde" -- extreamly rude. He khows everything but pretends like don't know anything. Please don't go to MUNNAR MANSION it'll destroy your vacation.

We loved every thing this hotel. Rooms were clean, beds were extremly comfortable. Staffs were amazing. Loved our two nights stay here and would definitely return if in the area. Highly recommend it. The manager is very good man ....
