Munnar Inn - Hotel in Munnar - Idukki, India

Good place inside munnar city , it's located in main bazaar, many shops restaurants are accessible in 5 min walk. They provide room service to pick your luggage... But No lift available make sure you are not staying there with aged people. Or get the rooms in first floor. We 4-5 family stayed in multiple floor and rooms .. second and third floor stay is not good for aged people.

We had an average stay at Munnar inn . I will just list pros and cons here :- Pros :- 1. Very convenient location. Just near the bus stand . Restaurants and shops are all within 100 meters. Saravana Bhavan is very near which is excellent . 2. From some of the rooms , the view is very good of the river which is flowing behind the hotel . 3. Service is prompt . Cons :- 1. No elevator/lift and stairs are not comfortable . it's extremely difficult for senior citizens . 2. No Inhouse restaurant . 3. No parking facility . 4. Very frequent power cut.

Nice rooms.Big room with good windows view. Easy access from the bus stand. You can check out after 24 h from the day you check in

worst experience, Rude staffs without any manners, i dont reccomend this hotel for your family or individual stay. unproffessional way of approach to customers. The staffs in this hotel should be trained how to interact with guests.

Nice respectful Staff, Mr. Titus Joy , very kind and helpful he guided us for the where to get kerala authentic food and places to visit.and Also the room is located in the heart of the city, very clean, and also hot water available for 24 Hours .Totally i am Happy

I had really bad experience here. I was on a vacation with my friends. We thought it would be ideal to book rooms prior to out visit,so we decided to book rooms here,that was the dumbest decision ever. We spend nearly 8k for the room for 5 of us for a night The rooms were unclean. The entire building looked pathetic,it definitely need some maintenance. Lack of hot water was an issue. Even bed sheets were unclean. Services were poor. The building looked too old. Totally the place wasn't even worth 2 k for 5 people. Never visiting this hotel even again.

Very good property to stay in Munnar. Tourist friendly staff. Good location.
