Nice place, decent. But don't order anything from their terrible restaurant. No timeliness or any value of any kind. Food tasted bland and pathetic. There are good joints walkable distance close by. Location and views ? no. Just close the blinds. The attenders are simpletons. They can't make out a small talk to a request to a demand to an order.
Good hotel in munnar. They offer breakfast but have to pay for it. Room is clean. And they have wifi and cable tv. They have car parking outside hotel.
I recommend to arrange Making coffee, tea in the room. Because it's very cold environment.

Munnar Castle, just remember this name for the best hotel in Munnar town. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful specially the lady on the reception. The food was amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Munnar.

Lovely little place to have breakfast for 300 rupees after a long hard bus journey with little sleep. Very welcoming staff, allowed us to sit in the lounge and recharge. Breakfast was nice, loved the bhatura.
