Good location and fun. But with many other spots in option this One is your average picnic spot/resort. The pools width is a bit narrow of you are a swimmer. Maintenance is average, pool is not always crystal clear. Kitchen with utensils ready to be used. A nice place to hang out in groups, be it a family, friends, colleagues, clubs, teams etc. Easy vehicle access and it is not too far from the city.
Worst picnic spot ever. Pools are unclear, compounds are full of moss and algae. Its slippery, 2 wheelers are not save, even for human its not an easy place to take a walk. And most importantly, trash, there's so many trash if you look out from the window in the conference hall. Water tap does not run well too. Can't believe such facilities are taken care like that on 2022. The place is wonderful place to hangout with friends and families, but facilities must be renovate first to stand out from others picnic spot.

Perfect location, close to the city, good maintenance and friendly owners ideal spot for taking a dip after trekking as it is just a short distance away from the famed Reiek Tlang.
Lovely place been there half a dozen times and with the new renovations ,must surely visit.Also close to the famed Tlawng lui and Reiek tlang,everyone who has a social media knows and have been to Reiek tlang.So a great picnic spot.

The venue is near compared to other picnic spots (maybe 17 kms from MSVT) The place is clean and cozy with good sanitation facilities. The pool is also clean, btw it has 3 pools - 1 for toddlers, 1 for kids and the big one for adults (4 - 5 ft depth)
