The sweets are too good but the staffs are not friendly in Besohata outlet ( except Naren Uncle). Nowadays The weird behavior of staffs in Besohata outlet ruins the entire experience. In previous times the staffs were friendly and helpful and always provided services with a smiling face but they have shifted to another Branch and day by day the oldest outlet loosing its glory. Mritunjoy authority please train your staffs with proper etiquette and customer handling in Besohata Outlet.
The best sweet shop in our area i.e from bandel to srirampore. Quality is unparallal. Their sweets are not hard sweet , very light sweetness. Which people like the most .
