"I joined this gym a month ago. It's trainer and owner Mr rajagopal sir is very friendly and a good trainer as well. This gym has a decent range of equipment which is sufficient to do regular workouts. It is open to both men and women. There are three different time slots, first one starts in the morning 05:00 a.m. to 09:00 a.m. and the second one is from 04:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m. this lot is only for women and the next slot starts from 06:00 p.m. to 09:0p.m. Women can also join the first and last time slots if they feel comfortable. Due to its location it is very convenient to us to go there."

Had been to Arnold gym, the atmosphere is very good and have well trained trainer, very spacious too.
