Mount View Holidays - Resort hotel in Vagamon - Idukki, India

Poor roads for reach this property. Going by going is too tough to this place. Basically its new developing spot. So no proper lights in nights and road not maintained good. No near by small shop available. We need to go minimum 5 km to main vagomon city. But calm and peaceful place to enjoy the trip

The rooms did not have clean sheets and bath towels. Road to the hotel is quite bad.

Roads are not tarred. You need a suv to go to this place else there is chance of base hitting on rocks. We paid and booked online for five people (one triple bed room+one double bed room,as shown in image) earlier itself and when we checked in, the caretaker had sold the 3 bed one to some other tourists and we were given two double bed room with an old dusty extra bed, to lay on the floor. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not properly cleaned. Even kitchen was completely dirty.

The stay was nice. There was a network issue plus wifi facility was not available so it was problematic for us. Apart from that, the location of the property was easily accessible. The provided services were good.

good stay ...Private stay..but no network coverage..no wifi .. no other amenities...u can go nd njoy a private Holiday... kitchen is available..so dat u don't worry for good food if u know cooking..

Staff was good and helpful. Rooms were comfortable to stay. In terms of security, it was safe. Only the problem was that the food was not available there. Also, it was located far from the main city.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were nice. Location was good, located on outskirts of city. There was no dining facility. There was no complimentary services. Cleanliness was average.

Location was bit difficult to reach. In house restaurant was available in which they have separate kitchen facility and anyone who wants to cook can do it. Services were managed by the caretaker. Security wise it was remote.
