We went for Sastha sathi facility, but the package was very less Unnecessarily they keep the patient in bed and monitor They will not say properly if the patient can be discharged and if the problem is resolved

Best Nursing Home at Madhyamgram. I spend 8 days in there and I have got all the services I need. Thanks "Mother Nursing home".

Pls dont go for treatment here I would like to emphasise on the the fact that they all act like know it all ... they don't know how to treat patients especially there emergency which the risky place to be in as a patient

I haven't seen such a horrible fithy hospital in my life. My mom was admitted here for a night with food indigestion and fever which she had due to her stomach problem. As soon as she got admitted they took her for ECG. I repeatedly pleaded them for initial treatment to stabilize the vomitting as she was getting dehydrated and was getting weaker and weaker. Anyway an injection was given and she was admitted in HDU. Next day morning I went to the hospital and enquired abt the patient 's condition and was said that she was stable but I should keep her for another 24 hrs which I straight away denied. They made bills with was sky high plus medicine bill was a made-up ,you will never get them (medicine)in hand while discharge and they also stole our medicine that I gave them for my mother. Insulin they replaced after stealing the original one was of expiry date and turned white due to fungus. So if anyone wished to admit there near one please think twice

I've Never Seen A Nursing Home Like This. They're Just Like "Gentle Dacoit". I Admitted My Father Here Yesterday Due To An Elbow Fracture. This Nursing Home Is Swasthya Saathi Approved And We Also Applied Our Card, But They Did Just Some Preliminary Treatment Along With Some Tests And Billed Us 4900/- Instead Of Taking No Charges. Okay, We Paid The Bill Because My Father's Condition Was Serious Then. The Next Day, They Called Us & Said, They Need A CT Scan For Better Result And It Will Take Upto 6000/- Whereas Suraksha Diagnostic Centre Takes Only 2000 Or 3000/- For CT Scan. After That, They Said That They'll Apply Foreign Steel Plate Instead Of Indian Steel Plate Because Indian Plates Has Health Insecurity In Future. The Foreign Plate's Cost Is Excluded From The Swasthya Saathi Feature, So We've To Pay More. So We Decided To Bring Out My Father From Here. That's How, They Tried To Loot Us!

One of my relative was suffering from TB. So, their families admitted her in this hospital. The patient condition was very bad but non of them told to move her to a government hospital. Just taking unnecessary money. By then I come to know that see was in a bad condition. Then I went there and put her out on my own risk and move her to R.G Kar Hospital. Rs7000 paid initially at the time of admission. At that time they told us to pay Rs15390 for hospital, Rs3400 other and Rs3400 for medicine charges(The charges are rounds off figure). But already admitted with swasth saathi card. But they told us you either need to pay in cash if you wish to take out because the card is not processed yet. Since there family was not financially good, so told that he can effort Rs10000. But they told us to pay Rs12000 instead of Rs15390 for hospital, Rs3400 for other and Rs3400 for medicine. After giving all the money when I reached to R.G Kar hospital, received a message of Rs3300 deduction from swasth sathi card. There are many things to notice. If TB medicine can be found only in government hospital then why they didn't told them. Why just wasting 4 days.

Very unprofessional and staffs are too arrogant including security guard also. Dr. Sanjib Sarkar totally misguided us. He rejected OT when she was been shifted at OT with bulahit statement. I have never seen any Dr can be hopless. All the things was very painful to us and nobody was there to listen us. Their attitude like gunda. Finally they charged Ununeccesaary amount arround for rs. 7000/- . I am requesting everybody think somany times befor go into this hospital. I got a horrible and bitter experience here. Be careful..
