Hotel is good. But the receptionist Sachin is very very rude person. He told me he don't want to work here so he just fight with me. I don't know he told me his name right or not but he works in night shift. Hope manager and owner knows about him.

I had worst experience with reception. Forced to change 3 rooms in a day and room hygiene had gone for toss in such a pandemic situation. Dust was there in each and every corner to floor area. Employees were fighting and shouting on each other while gusts were in restaurant. Opting package seems to be big foolishness even we paid money a year ago. Should have invested in good avenues rather. Employees stubbornness ruined my and my family holidays in the hotel.

This is the worst 4* hotel i have ever been stayed. I would suggest stay in cheaper place that would be better. No room service. Everyday i have to call room service team for the cleaning. No tissue papers and toiletries are provided properly. After calling 10 times to the reception they send us the water bottles. Breakfast was ok ok but the dinner was tasteless.cuboards are not clean so you cannot keep your fresh clothes in it. Galleries are not clean, you cannot keep your hands on boundaries or grill bars. I asked for a bottle of water at 10 am and now's it 10.pm but no response. So I would request you to think twice before you invest your hard earned money Into this hotel.
