I had worst experience with reception. Forced to change 3 rooms in a day and room hygiene had gone for toss in such a pandemic situation. Dust was there in each and every corner to floor area.

No room service. Everyday i have to call room service team for the cleaning. No tissue papers and toiletries are provided properly. After calling 10 times to the reception they send us the water bottles. Breakfast was ok ok but the dinner was tasteless.cuboards are not clean so you cannot keep your fresh clothes in it. Galleries are not clean, you cannot keep your hands on boundaries or grill bars. I asked for a bottle of water at 10 am and now's it 10.pm but no response.
So I would request you to think twice before you invest your hard earned money Into this hotel.
