We are from Bangladesh and came to Leh for the first time. Residing in this guest house has been a pleasure. They are very cordial and sincere. Price is very reasonable, they can also prepare breakfast and dinner for you (but no non-veg). Beds are comfy, washroom is spacious and very clean, laundry service available, from our balcony we could see snow capped mountain Formalities for checking in are brief. I asked for hair oil and heating my food and they were cordial enough to help with that. They even dropped us when we departed for Manali at 2:30 am night, unbelievable hospitality. They can also help you contact the local drivers who can give you more than 10% discount for trip/ sight-seeing. Overall, xp

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded all of my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. One example of their exceptional service was when they helped us exchange currency and even provided us with medicine when we weren't feeling well. Their kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. One of my best experience ever, dolma aunty and her family/team really takes care well of the guest like a family. I already visited 2nd time in 2 years, and have stayed here for 8 nights. Very homely feeling and never felt lonely here inspite of being solo traveller. Special thanks to cute girl and cook seema too. I was at this fab place for 5 days and the hospitality was beyond what i can write. Owners are gem of a guys and take care of you like thier own family. Rooms are neat, with choices of having individual toilets or combine toilets. Place felt like home, dinner area is common with proper timings which i think is a superb idea, as one gets to interact with everybody staying at this homestay.
