It's a pure veg cafe but food does not tastes so good, doesn't met the expectation.

Visited this place twice with my friend, coffee is very nice and the food taste decent.

Mood swings is one of the good fooding outlet in Shillong. I went around 8:30pm for having dinner. As vegetarian had veg roll and masala tea. Food was tasty, and tea was very good. I was alone, so getting a table was not an issue, if you go as a group then space would be less. Price is reasonable comparing to Shillong local price rates

Good ambience.. you will enjoy with friends and family for snacks

Had Pav bhaji with lemon tea. Both were good, liked the food. Lemon tea was good as it was used with fresh lemons and not powdered lemon tea. Small space . Service was okay .
