It's a great place to workout. Lots of different kinds of equipment and the place is maintained well. I took personal training by Riyas and I must say the classes with him are worth every penny. He is very supportive and adapts well to your training pace. I highly recommend the place.
Amazing place to workout. Trainers are quite professional and the gym has an equipment/machine for literally every muscle group. I also enjoy the circuit trainings on the weekend.
I never seen a gym lyk this in the Chennai becoz of the unique world class Equipment's , such a good ambience, wash room and lobby is always clean and sanitised. Trainers are very friendly in manner.
Why is the air conditioner always turned off? Why do we pay 18k for the Gym and in addition we're bound to pay 10k for personal trainer. Trying to save electricity power? Gym charges were inclusive of all the amenities that were committed during the payment.
