if there was a minus rating i will gladly give that . this hotel is one of the worst . ACs are not working properly . No cooling . there was no water bottle in room , and no towels too . Room were stinking and furniture was broken all over. There were lizards and cockroaches all over . there is Godown of 3 wheelers right inside the permises - It seems they earn money thereby . Worst thing is staff is one of the worst. They behave as of they own the property. They will never pick phone lest they have to do some work . One staff Sunil Kumar was very rude . and he will do all possible thing to bring down the sales of this very bad hotel . It seems owner wants hotel to be shut down so that he can sell the property and thats why he has hired staff like Sunil Kumar who can be rude to visitors and never come back.

Dont know about banquet, but don't EVER go for room booking, 0 services, You are just on your own. No reception, no intercom, no food!

It is on Main GT Karnal road on Haryana to Delhi side of road. I attended wedding. They have good amount of parking space. Banquet hall was very huge. Food serves was very tasty. Tandoori aloo pizza and chilly paneer. Chat counter was setup in lawn adjacent to hall. Main course items were very delicious like chaap gravy, Malai Koft and pindi chhole. I will recommend this place in my family and friend circle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent, the chef ensured that our pallet needs were met. The resort Mohan Vilaas was lovely & very serene. We look forward to coming back. Feel very revitalized after spa treatments at Maya Spa.I really enjoy with friends

Had one of the wedding functions recently and below us my experience. Pros- cheap Cons- poor food quality. (They made us taste food which was good but on the actual day it tasted really bad and was stale. Rasmalai was filled with cornflour ) Half of the items like fish and chicken were on the menu and only server for initial half an hour. Poor food service- no matter how many times you ask the servers to serve particular items they won't. Unhygienic servers and cooks. Even though we had license we were asked to close the bar counter ar 11 pm. Also, 12 fruits were supposed to be there. NONE OF THE FRUITS WERE THERE. Hence our guests left the place disappointed. On asking the reason we were told the order is from the management. All in all if you want to go dead cheap and doesn't care much about your guests satisfaction you can go with this. Else pay a few thousand extra and get a better place.

Nice place to host a wedding or other small functions. Food is good,place is good but service is a little issue. They deploy less persons but few employees are very good like Mr. Dikshit who holds his place as a manager and does it best to serve the guest .
