Modern Hospital - Private hospital in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

The worst kind of behavior that I've experienced till date. I called the given number and the attendant talked so RUDELY. They lack generosity and politeness..her tone was so harsh .I wanted to know about timmings of a certain doctor in response she hung the phone up!!such inhuman.The management better treat their ILLMANNERD STAFF rather than patients.

Nursing staff: 9.5/10 Help desk/reception: 8/10 Cleaning staff: 7/10 Mess/canteen : 2/10 Lab/pathology: 1/10 Doctor: 9/10 Pharmacy: 8/10 If you are planning for C-section, then you may select this hospital. Don't come here with normal delivery expectation. The pathology and canteen are running in very sorry state. The doctor at pathology are very rude and have no intention to helping patients. They treat patients like we owe some money with them. There is no veg options in food for vegetarian patients. They don't have eggs even. If your patient is vegetarian then do manage their diet by your own, do not depend on the canteen food.

The receptionists are so ill mannered. They don't have the courtesy to even answer your queries and just hang up. I guess this is what happens when you hire cheap labour. Either train your employees to talk and behave properly or kindly shut down this place and open a restaurant instead.

Modern Hospital is a small private hospital located at Zero Bridge, Raj Bagh, Srinagar, Kashmir, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir - 190008. District. Srinagar. The hospital is offering mostly delivery cases of pregnancy & some small cases like stone in gal blader, kidney etc are also done here. Well my recommendation is not to go to any private hospitals in kashmir valley

Rooms are not up to the mark Ac facility is not available even washrooms are below average. We reached here at 9am but they kept us waiting for 3 hours to get the room

Pathetic Service! 1. Semi Deluxe or Deluxe rooms are not even of the standard of a normal room in many other private hospitals in Srinagar. 2. The hospital lacks hygiene, no proper lighting, floors are dirty, washrooms are pathetic. No cleanliness even in a Semi Deluxe room for which they charge around 2500/- per night. 3. The hospital doesn't provide even the minimal or basic facilities to a patient like Mineral Water bottle , a towel, slippers, to name a few. 4. There's not even an alarm bell for the patient to call for a nurse in case of emergency. 5. With all these deficiencies, One surgery & 1 night stay at the hospital costed around 50,000/-. God knows for what they charge the patients such hefty sum of money. 6. To top it all, the hospital doesn't even have a dedicated parking for visitors. 7. The water purifier is on the ground floor & one has to refill a water bottle from the ground floor no matter which floor the patient is. 8. The hospital has no canteen or cafe where attendants could have food or tea. An absolute not recommended hospital.

Excellent Hospital, Doctors and their staff very cooperative and helpful. I wish them all for every success in their life.
