Modern Dental Clinic - Dental clinic in Byasanagar - Jajapur, India

2 years back I broke slightly one of my tooth while enjoying some mutton curry. Then I felt sensitive with that tooth. My dentist in Delhi advised me for a RCT but I asked him for a filling. Since then my tooth was perfectly fine until last month when I started feeling pain in same tooth as tye filling was weaken. Then I visited my nearest dentist "Modern Dental Clinic" or "Modern Dental Care" The clinic is totally opposite to it's name. The clinic is running on reputation of Dr Binay Nayak but irony is that he spend only 1 hr at the clinic. Rest of the time some really inexperienced and abusive guys runs the clinic. 1. Why in experienced: I agreed to go for RCT because I was told that it's a long term solution. On day one of the procedure they opened my tooth cavity and filled it again until next visit which was after 30 days. They told me that there is no restriction in food type I can have anything I want. Unfortunately 4 days before my next visit my tooth was severely damaged while having a guava. I suspect they weaken the tooth during opening procedure making it prone to further damage. 2 Why abusive: During my second visit I came across a third person in the clinic who was supposed to take care of tooth crowning procedure. He was not feeling like a doctor, either from his dressing or from his behaviour. He was just like another abusive person from road side. Very ill behaving person. While I was there one lady came complaining that her crown has come off but I was told that it would last for 10-12 years. So naturally with curiosity I asked is it so the crown comes off after the procedure. He started to yell at me, behaving like I did a crime asking it, behaving like I was his servant, like he was doing some favour against his will. I politely stood against such behaviour and told him that I am his patient and he is my doctor. This kind of behaviour is not expected from him. By that time I lost my trust on him but my bad kuck he had to attend me. Then he drilled my tooth and said it is damaged and can't support a crown for longer. I felt really bad and said sadly that I came here for treatment and my tooth is now in a worst condition. Then he started yelling at me again. Using words like tu, be etc. Final verdict: Doctor Binay was good (he did attend me during my second visit to fill the cavity to make it ready for crowning) but he doesn't spend much time in this clinic. Doctor Bikas is inexperienced and short tempered. The guy who takes care of the crowning part is non-professional and horrible behaving person. For RCT, do visit some good doctor. Afterall it's our body part and we need proper treatment for it.

Worst service,worst behaviour.Only the name is modern, there is no system. And the old lady was just ridiculous. She looks like a maid and behave like she is the doctor. Horrible experience.

This is the oldest clinic at Jajpur Road with very experienced Doctors,With all the ultramodern facilities and Treatments like OPG,Implant, RCT,Cosmetic Dentistry,Orthodontic Treatment, Oral Cancer Screening,Alligner etc.The Staffs are also very friendly and well behaving

Misbehaving staff. The old lady at the reception is very misbehaving. Doctor should warn her. On my first visit I reached at this clinic at 8.30 pm the reception staff shouted and told me the booking is over even the doctors saw it and did not say anything. So it will be my last visit to this clinic.
