I have admitted my new born boy, and discharge in 3 days with healthy condition. All staff are fully corporative and clear any query, hospital and NICU is very clean and higenic. Before admission and after discharge staff guide how to care baby. Thanks to Dr. Sandeep kadam. Overall my experiences is Excellent.

Our overall experience is really really nice with MJM Hospital.. We were located on the 5th floor and the nurses, sisters, support staff were really really very helpful and kind. They showed utmost concern to all the patients who were located on that floor.. the food provided by the hospital canteen is also very nice.. cleanliness wise also the hospital is at par.. really a great experience with MJM.

Excellent nursing staff and team of doctors! My father underwent a surgery, and we had an excellent experience overall. Pros: 1) Test and surgery process was smooth. Staff made sure everything was explained and also filed every document systematically. 2) The surgery by Dr. Kirpekar was successful. Each process was explained to the family, before and after the operation. During the operation, the patient could see everything happening 'live' on a monitor and things were explained. 3) Post surgery care, regular visits by hospital doctors and service from the ward boys was excellent. My father is going to miss the staff with whom he spent most of his week here :) 4) We took a private room, which was very clean and well equipped. The housekeeping staff ensured they visited every hour or on-demand. 5) Admission and discharge process was very quick and efficient. It worked like a well -oiled machine Areas of improvement: 1) Parking space is limited, which is OK. But the lanes are too narrow with cars parked on one side. There is nobody to check improper parking or provide assistance. Also, though they charge 30 rupees for 12 hours, the billing is very arbitrary and this is not transparent. 2) Hospital food is OK; not great. But is very reasonably priced.

I was here for 2days in a private room 408 post-operative and it was a pleasant stay with all the nursing staff being very prompt and attentive. I was taken care of very well by the entire staff at MJM hospital on the 4th floor as well as the O.T. team who were incredible at their job ! A big thank you.... Will highly recommend for anyone who is planning to undergo any surgical procedure and stay here post-op..... You'll be in good hands !

For Doctor : I can't thank you enough for the special, excellent care you have provided and for the unique gift you are to your patients. :) For staff : Your patience with my baby has meant I am now feeling stronger, and I am feeling much more hopeful about my baby recovery. Your positive attitude and kindness reassured my family that our baby was being looked after, and my baby was in good hands."

My father has recently done the spine surgery from MJM. The services received were excellent. The coordination among nurses, doctors, senior doctors was very good. The nurses here are very cooperative and polite in terms of talking. Specifically want to appreciate 4th floor (409) staff as time to time checking was done of the patient and transparency has been maintained by the staff.

Medical staff: nice, caring & competent Admin staff: 1) more lethargic 2) only procedural , no human touch (they were reluctant to share bill details during advance payments (this was not the case earlier ) 3) during admission, the staff was more interested in getting advance and related details. They did not bother to request the ops doctor to come and attend the patient Medical admin 1) during icu admission, 2d echo test was requested in morning, how it was done late night (after 10:30 pm) on that day. I couldn't see any follow up by the staff to get it done. If we had not followed up, possibly the test would have been skipped that day 2) for the hrctc test, the report ( from the Poona hospital) was not received in 2 hrs. Again no body followed with the hospital. My sister eventually emailed the same to hospital staff The icu was lean that day (only two patients). With the above incidences I expected some body would speak with me. However nobody did Billing 1) reports are not properly verified and filed in order (the way they were defined in the bill). It makes it difficult to cross checks 2) for some reports there is a mismatch in dates 3) some reports are missing in the billing (ecg and X-ray) 4) medical prescriptions and bill from pharmacy section are missing in the bill 5) the discharge procedure took too long time despite instructions on earlier day

A very positive feedback about MJM Hospital. Very supportive and caring staff and nurses. I was admitted at the hospital for my first baby delivery. The nurse staff and the doctors were so supportive and caring which gave a very comfortable and relaxed environment.
