I was solo travelling for the first time, and my friend had recommended me Mitra. I had hurt myself before arriving and was super nervous about how I was gonna manage it, but I felt at home as soon as I stepped in the magical place. Everyone greets you with love (I mean everyone, the owners, the managers, the dogs, the workers, and everyone you will lay your eyes on in the sitting area). The owner of the property got me first aid (Thanks VJ), the dogs comforted me, and their kitchen service was a blessing to my hungry stomach. The place is cozy, and filled with like minded travellers and artists, and art itself. I found myself coming back the Second time, and will always keep coming back to the family that Mitra has become. I have made friends whom I will cherish forever, and memories which will stay close to my heart. It was an amazing stay at Mitra hostel. Rajesh was very welcoming. Rooms were clean. Great hospitality and met some amazing people. If you are looking for a cozy and calm place to chill, this one is for you. I am gonna miss Coco (the pet dog) the most. Can't wait to visit this place again.

Perfect Place to stay in Arambhol if your are looking for a decent hostel near beach. The rooms are neat and clean. The best part about my stay is that I met with quite a few people here which were superb. The place is just ok but the people who manages it makes it the best place to stay. It's pet friendly and they have their own pet named sexy and Coco. You can come directly and book stays to get better price. I stayed in June for just Rs 450.

I had a wonderful stay at Mitra Hostel in Arambol. The host, Poppy, was a great person to spend time with. She was kind, helpful, and always made sure that we were having a good time. She even helped us plan some day trips and activities, which was really helpful. The hostel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are always clean. There is also a large common area . I met many people from different countries at the hostel, including a German woman named Uditha. She was very kind and welcoming, and we quickly became friends. We spent a lot of time together ,we had a lot of laughs along the way. Overall, I would highly recommend Mitra Hostel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Arambol. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and you're sure to meet some interesting people. Here are some specific things that I appreciated about my stay at Mitra Hostel: The kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Poppy. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.
