Mio-Amore - Cake shop in Kharagpur - Medinipur West, India

The quality is below average. Had a chocolate pastry, egg devil and chicken patties. Nothing upto the mark. The store is well maintained and presentation is good. The service was good and prompt. Declining quality might not be great for the franchise. They also have a freezer full of ice creams

Today I visited this shop, and I found the staff behaviour very well. They're very helpful in choosing any product like eggless. And l also find the products qualities also very good. For all this I give my own reviews.

Cake shop for common people. All types of cakes, pastry, patties and many other items are available hear. All the items are very testy & delicious. Staff behavior also goodg and environment amazing.

Here the staffs attitude is as if they are working in some international cake shop. It was disgusting to ask them anything as all are chit-chatting, some are on mobile and the guy on the billing counter is dumb and deaf no body is seriously attending the customer. You have to sout to get tissue paper, no sitting arrangement for dine in. Most of the pastries are dried not fresh, chicken snacks are stick in nature, In short is completely useless and disgusting to buy cake.

Best confectionery in town..they are cheap too .the quality and taste is superb ..but all this is valid for cakes , pastries and other sweet stuffs. Don't try the snacks here they are usually stale.today I bought 3 chicken cutlets from their outlet for eating at home..but to my surprise it was very stale..the smell was bad and the chicken pieces were sticky ..so for cakes and other sweet stuffs they are d best but don't trust the freshness of snack stuffs..I am referring to the mio Amore outlet located in inda only..and not the one at gol bazar A latest update as on 18th July 2022, i visited on this date to find flies on their cakes, picture attached..

Mio Amore has always been my first preference for having cakes , brownies , pastries , etc. Mio Amore provides yummazing food in the most reasonable price.

Good Confectionery store with adequate stocks and variety but staff neither efficient nor warm. Bills and purchases need to be checked for sure.
