Good hospital but need better guards who talks properly

Very bad experience Specially Lady doctor very rude and doing partiality with ex - service personnel.dont want to listen whatever there health related problem . Today i visited but having bad experience.

A tertiary hospital for defence personal and their families in Shillong area. Located near Rilbong, closer to Anjali petrol pump. The hospital provides quality medical and nursing care and having specialists in Surgery, Medicine, Anaesthesia, Gynaecology, Dermatology. Its also having a dental centre inside the premises. The hospital surrounding is so calm and quiet.

Today I had a bad experience in military hospital Shillong,it was my first time going to that hospital

I went here for my first dose with my mom. After months we got to come out of our house was happy and anxious at the same time. We entered the gate and there were bunch of people sitting after their first dose I went to ask them where should I go the lady instructed me to go straight . So my mother and I started walking but suddenly a guard yelled at us so rudely and said "Q yaha arai abhi break hai pata nehi hai" . We had no idea about it and felt embarrassed and he started talking with his his colleague about us. People were starting at us I was so embarrassed for doing nothing. I dont blame the whole staff for one but it did made us feel bad and would not reccomend anyone to go here they didnt even give us paracetamol.
