Midtown Medical Centre - Medical clinic in Aluva - Ernakulam, India

i have visited the clinic for an appointment and had a great experience.The cleanliness of the office is good! The front desk attendant was so nice and helpful. I appreciate the friendly, non-threatening atmosphere and the prompt attention I received. Pleasant staff and they took the time to listen and didn't rush through things. Overall great experience! It was the best walk in clinic experience. Thank You!!

Easily accessible location. And a well maintained facility. Doctors and their consulting ways are good. Right inputs are provided. A lot more to improve on the way staff handles/ manages patients (No proper assistance/ guidance to patients, No nursing staff to facilitate any activity even after multiple calls by doctors themselves, patients themselves have to facilitate for nursing assistance, no bills provided even after the payment and checkout, checklists/ protocols to follow seems totally missing.)

The administration staff is simply pathetic! There is no system and the staff is just spending too much time clearing menial doubts of patients without sending the next patient to the doctor. They can also been seen indulging in personal topics among each other at a high frequency!

I have good experience while visiting this clinic.I recommended ,visit this clinic.staffs are cooperative.

Medicines and consulting charges are very highly expensive and doesn't have that much facilities or its niether have enough space. Rate same as Aster or above but facilities of a ordinary homeoclinic.

Very bad service. .Staffs are very rude and arrogant. Yesterday I went there with a chemo patient to take injection. OP was busy with many patients that I can understand but my patient was very sick so I requested to the lady who was sitting in the reception to do the needful immediately. But the way in which the staff behaved is not in a way which is appropriate for a heath professional.. So please give them proper training to behave properly. I am also working in a hospital so that I can also understand their busy schedule but please dont displace you anger to the patients or their caretakers..

In this current COVID-19 pandemic situation, we did not want to go out of our home to seek medical attention. Happy to have found that Midtown Medical center and their Doctors team is always there to cure the community with love using advanced technologies {Tele-consultation}. It was a great satisfying experience and will recommend their services to all.

Hello all ..Recently been to this clinic for PCR test for travel requirements.They were open even on sunday when other places were closed as its a holiday.During the telephone conversation they were courteous and helpfull.PCR testing room is located behind the building.Parking is not much available at times when the main road is busy its hazzle to move the vehicle,they could jave a security to help the customer.PCR testing place could be more organised for paper filling and testing rooms/billing,Also patients who come sick can be segregated so others don't get effected in case any one is sick.A proper seating or waiting place can be arranged.Things can be looked into (Management do get money but facility to be increased).Friendly staff and helpfull. Thank you..!!
