Very good customer service. Salesman is good enough to understand my query and solve it but yes I think he is getting little stuff. When he is talking with me another customer walk in and he get little messed up but it's overall good experience visiting them MI Store I will recommend for all. And there after sale service also quite impressive the salesman always guide customer to a right way I found it quite interesting.
Best place to buy MI genuine products at per the company price. They will surely give you the best price as per their capacity, sometimes a little extra amount is needed if the product is not in any offer or something like that. And the most important thing is that Mr.Satyajit Paul is such a genuine person in that store as per my point of view..

My experience is that, they charged Rs.500 more than compared to Online prices in mobile phones. Example:- If online price is 15999, they will charged you 16500. Although they claim their price is same with online price but that's not the case. If you are going offline then you don't have any other choices.. Moreover whenever you go to buy accessories you won't get the product. They are always out of stock. And for mobile phones you won't get your choice of colour and variants same goes with accessories too... That's what i have experienced as of now with this store. I do shop at MI STORE APP bcoz you got choices in the app and stock are available too. NOTE:- I would suggest the owner if he/she can keep the price as shown in MI STORE APP would be kind gesture of you...
