Store is located on first floor, opp to MacDonald. You will get all Xiaomi and Redmi products from the brand as it is company exclusive store.
I visited today at this store to buy smart pen for tablet. Two executives told they can't sell separately needed to buy tablet from here only. They said we have mail from company. I asked them to show such mail they refused. Xiaomi I don't understand what is the purpose of opening store if you don't want to sell products.
A good store with experienced staff.. The only downside i believe is that they do not have many products on display specially Lcds and leds
Nice place to see and experience all MI products. And here products are in stock too.... Service wasn't that great, salesperson there were behaving like as if they don't care. But apart from that great experience
As good as the in-store experience might be, try as much as you want, they never answer the phones if you have a question about whether they have any particular product in stock before you go all the way to their store. So basically, you may end up going all the way only to find out that the specific thing you want is not in stock.
Great store for mi fans . Not soo huge but ofcourse it's okay . You can get lot of mi products over here . Not all of the products always available . I had been there some time I get my things sometimes the products I was looking for was not there . But overall a good store . You can experience the products . A nice and cool staff . Get a thumbs up from my side . Just a suggestion if someone watching please store all of your products because the people when not get it online then they go in mi home for that and if you also have not that product it will be annoying.

I visited the store on 22/03/2023 around 6 PM. The person working there was least bothered. I asked him about the redmi note 11 pro, redmi note 11 and a few other phones. He says that the redmi 12 series has been released so there are no other phones. He did not bother to tell me about any specs or anything. He was least interested in doing anything. Worst experience I have had. My whole family has an Mi phone and this store was the worst one I have gone to.
