This gym is all about quality than quantity. Anand(owner) he is humble, hardworking, genuine and knowledgeable. If you are looking for weight loss and general fitness this the gym for you Nemours clients have successfully achieved their fitness goals wrt weight loss. Importantly the gym is clean & hygiene.

Both the Trainers are Amazing.
Trainers are good. The membership price is also very reasonable.
They have a unique feature of having kind of report cards for each member. The trainers create one specifically for you. You would have to take their signature after each session. After 30 sessions, they will create a new plan depending on your performance.
The only downside is that the space available is a little short. But, then it's not very crowded.
Very good. I am a beginner. And I am really satisfied with the pace and intensity of progression and training. The trainers really help to workout with correct form. I travel around 4km to reach the gym daily morning and I think it's really worth it. I think anyone can join without any doubt
Instructor is available in all the timings and he is more supportive. GYM size average but it's crowdy between 7 AM to 8:30 AM.

I am also member of this gym going for 4 months. For weight lossing process this gym methods of exercise are so good. There are many equipments for the weight loss and weight gain. Daily stress free exercises are available here and also you can try .The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe.
Gym is very spacious unlike others in Kormangla and SG Palya. Trainer here Aman sir is very good and overall ambience is very nice and cooperating.
