The floor of the gym is very powerful. All weights fall but nothing happen. The equipments are adequate. The red colour was too hard on the eyes(theme) but for some it may be motivative. thnk u.

Though the focus is mainly on cardio and weights, also have other trainings like jumba, boxing. Trainers and equipments are one of the bests in the city...gym is sanitized and is kept very clean...overall a lovely experience at a very minimal cost!
