Courteous staff, crisp and clear communication. Service is quick, and what more, you get the reports directly emailed to you and you also have an option of collecting a hard copy as well. They have a centralized appointment system. The operators on the centralized helpline do not understand addresses of other cities and it is very tedious. Even when you tell them the name of the centre you want to go to, they insist on finding it on the system with pin-codes and get confused in the process. This should be fixed by Metropolis. ***The experience at the centre was nice and comfortable. There was no one else (customer) and I was attended immediately. I paid by UPI and got the bill. The reports were sent to whatsapp in few hours. ***

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Had booked a blood sample collection at home for my wife's hormonal test. Post the collection the payment was made through PhonePay immediately which got debited from my account. The technician from metropolis also took a photo of the payment made as proof. Next day technician says the report is on hold because the payment has not been reflected in their account and they said it was reversed back to my account. I had to follow up with metropolis for a week to understand the matter because the money was never reversed in my account. Shared screenshots of my bank statement as proof. Today after 5 days I am told that the sample was never tested because of payment issues. Which means that they never tested the blood and now the blood sample is too old to be used. Completely waste of time, effort and energy.
