Metro - Department store in Navi Mumbai - Thane, India

Metro is an old establishment/brand well know for its footwear. The choice is not plenty but fairly ok. The footwear is expensive. One of the many metro shops this one is in Seawood mall Nerul. There are other brands too on the same floor giving a visitor options. But Metro is an old trusted brand. Though expensive it is worth a visit to see if you want anything which you did not find elsewhere.

Very polite staff and good collection.

Shoes are costly but if you found good and comfortable pair as per your expectations then only it's good to invest and buy it.

Price mentioned on the footwear and final billing price are different, highly disappointed.

Very bad customer service..rude staff.. actually they don't want to sell anything..they only throw attitude..was an old customer of metro..but now won't be coming again
