Metro Wholesale, close to Applewoods circle, is easy to reach, and they have plenty of parking space. They've got a wide range of stuff, from groceries to gadgets. But, here's the catch: you need to spend at least Rs1000 and get a Metro card before you can even go inside. You can get that card at the welcome counter, though. For everyday stuff like groceries and kitchen things, Metro is decent. But, I wouldn't recommend it for electronics or expensive stuff. The folks working there don't always go the extra mile for customer service. During my visit, there was this one girl who was really helpful at the non-veg section, which was nice to see. But the checkout counters were a mess. They have like 5-6 counters, but they only use two of them, and it gets crowded. So, Metro Wholesale is alright for everyday stuff, but it could be better if they improve their service and how they handle the checkout process.

Worst attitude of mostly all staff members at Metro Mall Shaantipura.. I have filed a complaint against them 14 days ago but till now I haven't recieved any update or resolution about that... There are approx 6-8 billing counters and they have staff also but every time they use only 2-3 billing counters and because of that customers have to stand in que for more than 15-20 minutes... After that I have told all this on call to FOH team and they have told me that the whole staffs timing is after 12:00pm.. If is it then why they are opening the mall in morning?? The Worst Experience Ever... Hello .. Today 23 sep 2020. Same problem with staff I will file complaint that time after that same problem with staff members

Mall is very good, but it's not for the common people. You need to be a businessman for buying anything. First you will have to get the membership card and then only you are eligible for shopping.

Only few counters open , however so much rush , long queue , seems shortage of staff , Manager gave an excuse of staff coming in 2nd shift which starts from 3 pm
