Service is good though the bathroom are the most dirtiest thing in this resident. The bathroom is only the cause of dissatisfaction rest it is good.The fridge is very tiny restaurant ok also. Though before booking this resident please think more than 10 times. IT also should get a pest controle
Worst hotel ever. Specially the behaviour of the guy sitting in reception, his behaviour with the customers is not good, he is very rude and rough, doesn't knows how to communicate with customers in a proper way.Rooms are dirty, pls don't visit that hotel. don't go overpriced dirty rooms worst place to stay if you're visiting apollo hospital i checked in on 13 December dirty rooms with cockroches and bedbugs the front desk guy his name is babuli Kumar he's a number one cheater i told him to change my room because he gave me a dirty room with no windows no ventilation because of that i checked out in the morning and then again he started to harassing me and my mother demanding the full payment of 2500 babuli Kumar is a no.1 cheater again i am telling you don't go to this hotel they're no.1 chetar and frauds specially the guy name babuli Kumar he's a nasty human being.
