I went to MESmedical college for whole body check up. After the check up they identified Eye problem and suggested surgery.I am very impressed by the quality of care I received from all the doctors and nurses at this hospital. They were excellent in their skills and knowledge, and also very nice and respectful in their behavior. I am very thankful to Dr.Sharika and MES medical college.

Overall good...but Xray department needs to be improved.... Seems to be un experienced staff in taking xray...

Totally dissatisfied service with inadequate facilities. Mentioning some of the reasons that made me write this when my child( 2 months old) was admitted here 1) lesser nursing staffs to attend patients 2) nursing staffs are mostly freshers and inexperienced who fail to give immediate support with quality expected 3) Inadequate bed facility available for paediatric icu which made us wait for long hours and led to worsening of my child's health 4) Since this is a medical college, they take this opportunity to make case study and teach students. So you can expect frequent visits by pg doctors and house surgeons but they are helpless given poor quality of nursing staffs and available facilities( limited operational lifts, beds availability, trained staffs, immediate attending staffs, etc) 5) System is quite outdated where we need to buy medicines and provide to peaditric icu physically which demands more bystanders and inconvenience unlike other hospitals. 6) Last but definitely need to mention about pathetic canteen service here. Food quality is very poor and the hygiene level maintained at canteen is enough for the bystanders also to get admitted here which then makes a better case study for the fellow residents. We finally made the choice of shifting the hospital for better service and timely attention. Overall only the Doctor doesn't make the difference , Its all factors put together that needs to be improved for better run of hospitals and ensuring timely quality treatment.

The neurology department is quite good. Doctors are good and treatment is affordable when compared with other medical colleges. A lot of patients are getting help here. Quite spacious and clean public toilets even though there is a rush. Snacks n tea are bit expensive.
