I visited Mermaid Restaurant with my family. We ordered bhaturey but were not sure they will serve it or not as choley bhaturey is in there breakfast menu and we visited in evening. They said 'yes'. To my surprised they served us our dish which they got from the restaurant outside. Secondly, they didnt even chsnged there plates it was served as they got from that restaurant. Thirdly, they charged us the price of there own dish which was way higher than what they bought at from the restaurant outside. Funny part is, i did tell them to atleast change the plates to this the waiter just smiled and left. I didnt feel this is the way a decent restaurant should serve its customers. Not at all hospitality standards.
Couple budget Rs500. This place serves Fast Food, North Indian, South Indian, Chinese and Alcohol. It has advantage of the ONLY restaurant inside Sukhna Lake complex. There is an open food court with limited seats so people prefer to eat inside this restaurant. Pub and Restaurant are 2 different sections. In evening, you can enjoy food served on lakeside tables. Food is good but service is slow. Have a couple budget of Rs500 without alcohol.
Seating and ambience is simply amazing. Staff is cordial and Service is prompt. Snacks is average channa chaat is tasty don't expect too much. Prices are reasonable. Kingfisher beer is served, premium and strong beer is available at MRP like 350ml mug for 140rs and 1.5 ltr pitcher for 600rs No other brand is available. Recommended for beer only. Not for full dinner or food
Snacks here is little expensive and comes in aluminum plates lol. But taste of food is average you can try anything available on this menu and they won't disappoint you. Ambiance of this restaurant is very good.
The name which is a misnomer made me smile at first, there's no sea here for there to be mermaids but the location is very good to enjoy the breeze and view over Sukna Lake. Staff and amenities are exactly what one would expect from a government run tourism spot, not very professional but doable once in a while. Bathrooms and crockery were clean. Everything is flat manageable by people of reduced mobility. Food was very basic and didn't look too appetising to me, had a few drinks and enjoyed some views before leaving for a boat ride on the lake.
A big thumbs down for their hospitality they don't know how to behave with their customers. And the prices are too high. Not recommended

The experience was really disappointing!! The price for 2 cups of coffee was 80 which is really high moreover taste was not special!! We asked for one extra empty cup and he harshly refused. So I recommend don't come here , go to the restaurant that's good taste as well as management. I personally feel regret .

Awesome ambience Excellent drinks- we tried Romeo and Juliet + spicy guava. Both were excellent and soothing. Delicious food- we tried veg platter and cheese corn rolls. Preparation was excellent and tasty. Staff is very humble and well mannered.

Excellent selection of items and good prices. The silver ware is really beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Tamanna, Sandeep and Dilshad. They all were very patient while we took our time with the selection.

Fitness and Skills, both are being worked upon here. First 10 Minutes of training here is equivalent to two hours of work-out in a gym, and then you have to go on for 50 minutes more. Energises you for next two days. Amazing experience.
