I'm don't stay in here property because of room is very dirty nd very bad smell in room nd too small size room and staff very roud behaviour.. Over all very bad hotel
Deserved 0 star, They ask 12 gst even though you have book from OYO. Asking extra gst otherwise cancel booking. Toilet is also damaged. No geyser for hot water. Bedsheet also stink, bad experience.
Worst management.... toilets was not clean...toilet seat was broken..Rooms was not clean.. highly not recommended... ruined our vacation... totally disappointed...mis cummunication between third party and hotel staff...
I want to tell you it was a very bad experience with merrit Hotel just because of that very bad services from the staff and they are not provided me good room and room have a toilet was very dirty I was complain but they not resolved even they don't have a manner how to talk with the Guest .I personal recommend to every guest who thinks visit this hotel..

Good place, not that far from the taj mahal. The rooms were pretty comfortable, we didn't stay much in the rooms just for a night. The customer service was really good. The food was also great and the server delivered the food to our door. The bathroom was pretty comfortable too. The room was air-conditioned and there was free wifi on separate floors. The only bad thing I could find was there were spit stains in the corner area of the wall. Except that everything is pretty ok with the hotel. Would recommend if you have come to visit taj mahal and need a place to stay
The rooms specially washrooms hygeine is not maintained. Bedsheet was stinky The policies are different via online and for offline. Demand extra money like in forms of gst if booked online at lower charges
