Joined Mega Gym few months ago very good training by Mr. Murali and team. They keep checking our workout patterns and corrected if not done properly in a timely manner. The diet and supplements are suggested and changed as and when required. Overall very good gym and training is awesome would strongly recommend especially for beginners.
