I would like to highlight staff approach towards patients. I had called for appointment for 12:15pm today however I was asked to come walkin I have been sitting for more than one hour for my turn but observe that patient coming after me were allowed for consultation before me when I asked the reason receptionist mentioned they have appointment of 12:30 and when I asked u appointment wa not given to me when u asked for she had no answer. Seems these are know to staff and they are given preference
