No wonder why this place is so popular. I booked a week after reading so many positive reviews, I must say the service exceeds my expectations. Especially Satya and Akash are the gems there. There was never a miss. I loved the breakfast and tea. The staff are well trained. They serve just the right amount at right time. I will come again and again. Regards, Abhishek
Great Service. Well maintained halls. Great place for meetings and bigger conferences. There is a basement area(underground). Ground floor has Crystal Hall. 1st Floor has Central Hall with a capacity of more than 700-800 people. 2nd floor has Board Room which is small place having capacity of 40 approx and good for small meeting and discussions. 3rd floor has 20 luxurious rooms along with small meeting hall for 10-15 ppl.
Good rooms, great staff. Very attentive and ready to go the extra mile. I just wish the views were a bit better.
The hotel is good. Ambience is also good. Food price is slightly high. Complimentary breakfast is too good. Mr. Panda of house keeping head is very much responsible and well behaved.
How can I express how I felt. It was a great stay at Mayfair Convention. Staffs are so polite. Room was very much clean. There were so many amenities. I stayed there for only one night. It was an awesome experience.
We stayed for 4 days and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel has limited rooms as it mostly consist of Conventional rooms. The rooms are very well maintained and the service is also great. The experience was little better than Mayfair Lagoon and reasonable as well.
Rooms were large and the service was awesome. Food was nice as well. For many services like spa and swimming pool they forward you to their lagoon branch which is a bit inconvinient. The staffs were very nice and respectful.
Superb stay and great amenities. Fantastic staff. Best part one can use facilities of Mayfair Lagoon which is just across the road. The quality of fruits and the breakfast they provide is top notch.
